Landscape/Visual Assessments
Some large-scale projects require a landscape and visual assessment to establish the potential visible impact of a proposed development. Such assessments will form part of an overall planning application and document in both visual photomontages and elevation drawings how a proposed development may effect its surrounds and what mitigation will take place to minimise such impact.
