Landscape Management
As mentioned in the Specification and Schedule section, the landscape contractor should be retained to care for the grounds, following installation. At the same time, many of our clients retain our services for many years after completion, to ensure fully that the grounds mature and establish as originally designed.
Many gardens may take three to four years to establish and mature. It is important that the grounds are maintained properly to achieve this, as well as ensuring that the gardens are safely used and that residents are able to take an active role in the gardens.
It is at this point that the gardens take on their own unique feel and appearance, making each development special.
