Estate Management Studies
Currently, we are undertaking a fully study of a number of large estates, to ascertain the most practical and cost effective way to maintain the grounds and improve their overall appearance to the general public.
This in-depth study will then result in a specification and schedule being prepared, to go out to tender to local landscape contractors. Upon appointment, Tim Lynch Associates will be retained to regularly work with the appointed contractor and develop the estates for years to come.
