Private Gardens - Lewis, Iron Acton, Nr Bristol
Budget: £250,000

The site was the former vegetable plot to the manor house and is over 1.5 acres in size. Being surrounded by a 3m high walled garden provided many opportunities for both the client and ourselves.

The new home being built is ultra modern with all the latest technology possible, combined with a built in swimming pool. The client themselves whilst keen to have a garden to reflect this house also wants privacy and therefore only a limited amount of information and only a single photograph has been approved.

However the house is surrounded by a moat, which can either be a stream or open ponds. All fully under lit and with fountains at key focal points or viewing points from the house.

The garden itself is divided into three areas of open lawn with all year round colour, family and friend entertainment area and morning breakfast area. To get to any aspects of the garden entails crossing bridges or walking on stepping stones.

All works are project managed by ourselves, including all valuations and instructions.

Instructed on a full service through to completion.
